Cancellations or rescheduling of private lessons must follow the studio’s posted cancellation policy. Missed classes, no‑shows, or late cancellations are forfeited.

The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings at any time.

11. Customized Merchandise

Customized merchandise—including apparel or items personalized with names, initials, or other custom elements—is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the customization contains an error made by the studio.
