JDO FIT – In‑House Dance Fitness Program

Just Dance On™ offers its own in‑house dance fitness program, JDO FIT, created and taught by Melinda Mielock. JDO FIT is a unique dance‑based fitness experience inspired by the movement, rhythm, and energy found in our Ballroom and Latin dance instruction. This program is designed exclusively for our studio and is offered as a complementary service alongside our traditional dance lessons.

All elements of the JDO FIT program—including choreography, class structure, and branding—are the property of Just Dance On™ and are intended solely for use within our studio’s fitness offerings.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another student. Missed lessons without notice may be forfeited, but we always do our best to work with you when unexpected situations arise.

Group classes and JDO FIT sessions are non‑refundable, but you’re always welcome to join us at the next scheduled class.
