Refund and Returns Policy

Just Dance On Ballroom & Latin Dance Studio

Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our studio. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our offerings, the following items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable:

  • Gift Certificates
  • Dance Packages (private lessons, group classes, workshops)
  • Showcase Tickets
  • Digital Downloads or Event Access Passes
  • Customized Merchandise (including jackets, shirts, bags, or any item personalized with names, initials, or other custom elements)

Customized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold or reused, so they are final sale.

Merchandise Returns (Non‑Customized Items Only)

We accept returns on standard, non‑custom merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item is returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Sale Items

Only regular‑priced merchandise may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace merchandise if it is defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@justdanceon.com and send your item to: 1045 Laskin Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. 23451

Customized items cannot be exchanged unless the customization itself contains an error made by us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your merchandise, mail it to: 1045 Laskin Rd., Virginia Beach, VA.  23451

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

For higher‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
